O’Brien County wins the top price this week at $17,300/acre. Honorable mention goes to Calhoun County with a sale at $14,100/acre. There were several “no sales” as market conditions are adjusting to higher interest rates. Higher interest rates have affected the buyer pool. Warmer temps are projected for this week - I am ready!
